WEBSITE INFORMATION

Privacy &
enquiries.

How this website handles an enquiry.

Your enquiry

The form asks for your name, email address, role, area of interest and a short message, along with your agreement to the school using these details to respond. Please do not include sensitive personal information or private student records.

Submitting through the website

When you select “Submit enquiry”, the form sends your details to this website’s enquiry service. A confirmation and reference number appear after your enquiry has been saved. Keep the reference if you need to contact the school about it. An enquiry does not reserve a place or complete an application.

Storage and school follow-up

Accepted enquiries are stored privately on the school’s server, together with the submission time, reference and follow-up status. Authorised school administrators can access them through the administration area. The website also sends a notification to info@teacademy.ca so that the school can respond. A delay in email delivery does not remove a saved enquiry. Email notifications and replies are handled by the email services used by the school.

Your browser and retries

If receipt cannot be confirmed, the form keeps your entries on the page so you can try again. A temporary random submission identifier is held in page memory to help avoid duplicate enquiries when you retry without changing the form. The enquiry form does not save your entries in browser local storage or session storage. Closing or reloading the page may clear unsent entries.

Abuse prevention and technical information

The enquiry service uses a hidden spam-check field and limits repeated submissions. Hashed network identifiers and request times may be stored to apply these limits. The hosting provider may separately maintain ordinary server logs, which can include IP addresses and requested pages.

Website features

The public enquiry form does not require an account and does not add advertising cookies or tracking analytics. Administrator sign-in uses a session cookie. Local images and website files are requested from the site host.

Videos and external media

Video previews use local event photographs or existing speaker portraits. A YouTube player is requested only after you select a video; it is not loaded automatically when you open the page. Embedded players use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. Loading or playing a video connects your browser to YouTube, whose own privacy practices apply. You can also open videos directly on YouTube. When this website is opened as local files, video links open on YouTube rather than loading an embedded player.

Event photographs

The celebration gallery presents photographs from the school’s launch report. For questions about image permissions, a correction or a removal request, contact the school using the details below.

Support letters

Messages of support and recognition are available as readable webpage text and as original signed PDFs or document scans supplied for this website. PDF copies of the new civic scans are also available. These documents retain their original signatures, letterheads, seals and any contact details they contain. Contact the school for a correction or removal request. Academic affiliations identify the authors and do not, by themselves, indicate institutional endorsement. Civic messages are reproduced as issued and recognize the launch and anniversary event; no government funding, accreditation or formal government partnership is claimed.

Sharing

The share controls use your device’s share interface or copy the page link to your clipboard. No social-media plugin is loaded to show these controls.

External links

Links to institutional and professional websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Enquiries sent by email are also handled by the email services used by you and the school.

Contact

For questions about your enquiry or how long it is kept, or to request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent, contact The Erindale Academy at info@teacademy.ca or +1 905-232-1576.
